Viewing Appointment History
The Patient Details View displays a patient's appointment statistics and a summary of their future and historical bookings.
Statistics
- Appointments Attended
- Late Arrival
- Appointments Overrun
- Allocated Time Used
- Average Appointment Frequency
Appointments Summary
The latest 5 bookings display in each section:
- Scheduled appointments
- Completed appointments
- DNAs
- Cancelled appointments
Each heading in the Appointments section displays a maximum of 5 bookings, select a specific appointment type header, for example, DNAs 
, to display all data relating to that appointment type. Select the back arrow 
to return to the previous screen.
